- Securing $18 million in conduit, FHA and HUD debt financing.
- Coordinating and negotiating with vendors for the renovation of all 1,000 apartment units.
- Selling more than $40 million in commercial property and multi-family assets.
- Instrumental in developing a $5 million private offering for a private mortgage lender and was instrumental in raising $1.5 million for the initial capitalization.
